I don’t get mani/pedis regularly but when I do, I go to my neighborhood salon. Unfortunately this last visit will be my last because I was overcharged (error on the front desk staff’s part which I believe to be a genuine error)and when they realized, I was told to come in to get a gift card which I declined. Nina is an amazing tech! She’s so detail oriented and precise when doing SNS manicures. I absolutely loved doing my nails with her. 10/10 service!
I’ve been going here for two years. Nina is basically like family now! I’ve never had a bad manicure here ever no matter who I see!
Cut my cuticles when i said i just wanted them cleaned up and they try to polish your nails when the cut and file job is uneven. You dont go back and forth with the customer about what they want.
