I specifically requested an appointment with a technician who was highly recommended but she did not do my service. The technician didn't cut my nails down as far as I requested even after multiple attempts, my cuticles weren't touched except by a drill, my nail edges were jagged on the sides, and the dip powder doesn't cover my entire nail on several fingers. Overall, very disappointing.

Front desk told me I was all over the place because I changed my appointment. Then proceeded to add on additional charges with all the attitude in the world ! Deri the nail tech was amazing but their front desk made this a bad experience. Then the prices changed 3 different times (the design stayed the same) $90, $95 & $100.

Made an appointment 3 days in advance. Waited 20 mins past my apt time and no follow up on any time frame. Had plans so I had to leave without getting anything done. A waste of time.

SNS manicure chipped on all nails after less than a week. A day after receiving my manicure my thumb chipped—I was able to get it fixed for free (but it looked bad). I shrugged it off. A week later all of the nails had chipped/were broken. Given the extent of the chipping, I asked if I could get a discounted manicure to redo all of the nails. I was shrugged off. Although I paid for a full manicure (again) I will not be returning. The service and quality is below any other nail salon in the area
