Have been a regular here for years. Quality is always hit or miss. They never honor appointment times, so you will be waiting just as long as if you had walked in. Then they’ll most likely rush through your service. Not the best by any means but they’re in a decent location and decently priced.

They charged me more than they charged other people and the manager did not give good customer service at all. This is the place I chose to get my birthday nails done which was a big mistake! I’d give this place a zero if I could!

I used to use this nail salon all the time but stopped after the quality of service dropped a little and I had to wait more than a half an hour for four or five appointments despite having a reservation. I thought I would give the place another try, as I had the day off and could make an appointment during the day on a weekday. But they still do not care if you make an appointment, you will wait. Had a 2:30 pm appointment and just got up and left when I was still waiting to even be sat in a pedicure chair at 2:50 pm. There a... read more
