8/26/24: My husband and I lived in this apartment for ~3 years, and our experience was pleasant. The location is great, and the apartment itself is in need of some updates, but overall, no major issues. However, I place my one-star rating because management is impossible to get ahold of. Our lease ended in May and we’ve been consistently emailing the property manager, Molly, regarding the status of our security deposit and have received no assistance. I lived in Cosmo for a year and summed up my experience in my move out inspection form by saying "no one bugged me about anything really while living in the unit." My only critique was "car break ins" in reference to my guest's car break in experience while briefly parked at the property. My guest unfortunately paid $300+ in window repair and lost $300 worth of items in a bag left in the car, but I recognized it not exactly being the property's fault and moved on even though I witnessed other break ins in the secured parking... read more

My wife and I lived in this building for 7 years - first in a one bedroom, and then after a few years we moved into one of their two bedrooms. The staff has ebbed and flowed over that time, but my wife and I had an amazing experience with each iteration of the team and have never had an issue getting a response or help when we needed it.
