Used to be a good deal, but not anymore. This is a review of my specific studio, The Picasso, and my experience living here for 3+ years. When I first moved in, I believed I got super lucky in terms of price, square footage, and location. As I lived in the building, I began to understand why it was a bit cheaper than the average studio in the area — the building is old and was built in 1966. Great apartment, really well laid out for the space, with a sweet balcony and a cute and useful courtyard. Maintenance is really responsive, and the office folks are working really hard to make this a community. Highly recommend.
I have had nothing but positive experiences with the folks living and working here. Special shout out to Jason who truly goes above and beyond in making sure anything that needs fixing is done right, and any interaction with him always brightens up your day. Fantastic location, great people working at the property, well maintained, competitive prices - what else can one ask for!
