Used to be a good deal, but not anymore. This is a review of my specific studio, The Picasso, and my experience living here for 3+ years. When I first moved in, I believed I got super lucky in terms of price, square footage, and location. As I lived in the building, I began to understand why it was a bit cheaper than the average studio in the area — the building is old and was built in 1966. Great apartment, really well laid out for the space, with a sweet balcony and a cute and useful courtyard. Maintenance is really responsive, and the office folks are working really hard to make this a community. Highly recommend.
