I was lucky enough to call the Cosmopolitan home for three years while I attended law school. It was a great place, fantastic and helpful staff, and great proximity to lots of entertainment. I miss you guys and miss my apartment!
Amazing staff! Both the front desk and maintenance staff are amazing! We moved because our jobs are outside of St.Paul and we were tired of the commute. Loved the location and very well maintained. Office is great about letting you know about local events and also offer lots of residential events. We would have liked a pool during the summer, but the new patio renovations and rec areas are really nice. Awesome grill and patio fire pit! We've lived here for a few months and love our apartment! The only things better than the apartment itself are the staff and service. Our washer stopped working this weekend and today (Tuesday) I arrive home to a new one with a nice note! If you are planning a move to Lowertown, start (and end) your apartment search here!
Now having lived here for over a year and in our 3rd choice of apts.(just for fun:), my husband and I truly call The Cosmopolitan home. Great family-like staff, amazing amenities and great location to a growing number of Lowertown bars/ restaurants/ shops and the River for activity (trails etc) not to mention Mears Park across the street! What's not to Love?!?!!!
I have lived there for YEARS and it is my home sweet home! Everyone should be so lucky as I to live in a place they love!!
BEST PLACE TO LIVE--EVER! Where else in the Twin Cities can you have cats AND dogs (yes, that is plural!), an in-home washer and dryer, dishwasher, indoor FREE parking ramp and your heat and A/C paid in a really cool historic building?? Nowhere! Not to mention the best staff and residents I have ever met. Seriously. Oh, and the Green Line is literally 1 block away. YOU are done looking for an apartment--you better hope there isn't a waiting list this month! :)
