I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail salon, especially because I chose to come here to celebrate my birthday. I was looking forward to relaxing and treating myself, but instead I left feeling frustrated and completely overlooked. After checking in, I was told to soak my feet while I waited. I ended up sitting with my feet soaking for 40 minutes without anyone starting my pedicure or even checking in with me.
