Return policy is trash and every time I go they are on lunch and gone for OVER AN HOUR. terrible
Very unpleasant experience. The girl working register had such bad attitude. I usually shop in Carlsbad, Oceanside or Encinitas and none of the locations ever asked me to show my professional license to make a purchase. Usually either phone number or ID is sufficient to make a purchase. Went across the street to Salon Centric they had no problem ringing it up. Oh well!! Moving on🤪
We called since we were in traffic and barely making it before they closed. Clerk had our item waiting for us when we got there (3 min before closing). Great service!

I shop most San Diego locations. They're usually pretty well stocked (Wella, Kenra direct dye, gloves/foils etc). Customer service is great but do your own research on specific products...they carry so many product lines for strong customer service knowledge base. He usually have sales.
