I often shop at cosmoprof in Victoria street branch, but unfortunately my shopping experience is not what any regular consumer deserve. The customer service is poor due to lack of knowledge from the staff, mostly they don’t have enough knowledge about the product or the POS system. It is frustrating.
I really love this professional store. Special thanks to the great sellers for the great job!
So I'm a teen just trying to start doing nails so my mom took me here the women greeted us and I went to look for the things I needed then we get to the counter and she said we needed to have a license card I don't remember what it's called but you'll see it in other reviews but honestly the girl could've told us that we needed it because it's not like she didn't know we were there she really could've said but never go herre really sad.
