I often shop at cosmoprof in Victoria street branch, but unfortunately my shopping experience is not what any regular consumer deserve. The customer service is poor due to lack of knowledge from the staff, mostly they don’t have enough knowledge about the product or the POS system. It is frustrating.
I really love this professional store. Special thanks to the great sellers for the great job!
