1. High efficiency, from the date I had my blood work to the day I receive the document I needed, only took 3 days! Unbelievable. I know they told me it usually take 7-10business days, but I only took 3 business days for me! 2. Very friendly, from the phone call to texted, receptionist, nurse and civil surgeon they are all very friendly and helpful!
