I arrived a little late to my appt., so perhaps that was why it felt rushed though there was no one waiting or behind me for an appt. following. I read afterwards that there was supposed to be cuticle pushing as part of a shellac manicure. This did not happen, and I think is part of the reason my shellac manicure was literally peeling and chipping within half a week.
