I put my trust in her to cut my hair properly but not only did she chop my bangs off, she burned me with the hair dryer and the hot iron! She needs to focus more on her customer in the chair instead of focusing on who's walking in the door.
Erin is great. I've been going to Cosmetique for many years and they have a great staff. Not only have they helped me on my hair journey (started falling out at 35 but is back now healthy) but are making my children's hair goals a reality. My daughter wants highlights, and I don't want her hair damaged. Erin had a plan that made everyone happy!
