I visited your store to purchase a few items, and unfortunately, the experience at the skincare section was quite disappointing. The cashier strongly insisted that we pay by card instead of cash and made an unnecessary fuss when we chose to pay in cash. He reluctantly completed the transaction, was noticeably rude when handing over the products and our change, and failed to offer a receipt. The selection is some of the best downtown, but on the downside everything is pricier than other downtown haircare stores... and that's saying a lot. The customer service is also consistently pretty bad. Usually, the great selection makes up for everything, but at this point I've purchased opened/defective/seemingly-used products here TWICE and been unable to return or exchange. This store is my complete obsession! They have everything you would think of and more. Loooove it ( 4 stars because the service is not great, generally dismissive and a bit rude) you gotta come in look for your stuff pay and get out. There’s only one young lady who is adorable and very helpful! Look for her.
