I am absolutely livid. I ordered 12 items of Schwarzkopf Igora Royal, expecting a professional-grade product, and instead, I received a box of garbage. SIX out of the twelve tubes are expired. That is a 50% failure rate. How does a company even allow this to leave the warehouse? It is completely unacceptable to ship out chemical hair products that are past their shelf life. I never write reviews but this time I think its necessary since I want to warn others about what happened to me. This has been my first visit to the store. I went looking to buy igora hair color. That went fine. I found the colors I was looking for. I never write reviews but I was absolutely thrilled with the way things went. I was thrilled to find my favorite discontinued shampoo and then even more excited at the amazing price. I really really really needed my shampoo so very badly and to my surprise it showed up extremely quickly especially considering that I was ordering from U.S. I even got an extra bonus that I was not expecting in super super excited to try!!
