I had the best facial done by Sara! She did a 'Fit Facial' on me and the massage was magical. I suffer from TMJ, and always have really tight facial muscles. After her massage I felt like there was a release of pressure, not to mention how amazing my skin left! I would highly recommended going to CSI for any and all skin and surgical needs!

Dr. Mohammed is easy to talk to for both my husband and myself. Everyone is very helpful, friendly, and caring. When I email or text a question, it is answered in a timely manner.
Loved my experience with the staff and surgeon. I never had a problem getting ahold of anyone, my questions were always answered to my satisfaction and I felt very comfortable during the whole process. I am very pleased with the results of my surgery, Dr. Mohammed did a fabulous job.
I had a procedure done a few months back by Dr. *** lipo to be exact, I wanted to give it some time before I went on to share. I feel the procedure went great. The post-op care I received was wonderful. Everything healed good and anytime I had questions they were always addressed. I feel much more confident since having this done.
