Very professional and personable so happy I found Dr. herbich. I was able to see him on a Sunday. He answered my questions and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need but gave me everything I wanted. Looking forward to getting more treatments in the future.
I absolutely love this office! The workers are very attentive and friendly and Dr.Herbich is really friendly despite his personality being very guarded and quiet. He answers any and all my questions and listens to all my concerns and makes sure I’m put at ease. My surgery was quick and every postop appointment was quick and dressings were changed and cleaned up. I have nothing but great things to say about him and his staff! I went there to see Dr . Gregory , because of I am not very speak good E he make fun of me . Not didn’t explain me anything about my face what happened. He is very bad doctor I ever med and not help me with anything. I will never go there again If you are not speak very good E like me please don’t go there .
I love this office. Everyone is amazing here. One of the secretaries even watched my son while I was getting treatment done.
On two occasions over the phone the female sounded so annoyed creating such a negative experience before even seeing the doctor indicating that she should change her profession because it is clear she should not be answering the phone.
