The entire office staff is pleasant. They are punctual and answer all questions in an easily understood manner. Dr. Shirtcliff is very thorough and appears to be conservative in his suggestions.
I enjoy my teeth cleaning sessions with Lianne. I feel well cared for. She also keeps track of my family in and out of the office, that is the personal touch i really appreciate.
I have been a patient of Greenwood Dental Care ever since we moved to Bend in 2000, and my experience has always been extremely satisfactory with Dr. Shirtcliff, Liane, Jennifer, and all other staff past and present. This was again true during my last appointment on July 8, 2019.

Proficient, profession, kind and expert. I have been a patient for a long time and have never been let down. Dr. Shirtcliff and crew are simply the best. The care is exceptional, the office is spotless and comfortable. A review cannot glow bright enough for Greenwood Dental care. It is a gem and I am so grateful to be aware of it AND to have the good fortune to be a patient.
Went to appointment for annual dental visit. I was met by friendly office staff and cheerful and competent chair-side assistant. Dr. was very thoughtful and thorough in his examination. Very professional with good humor and detailed explanation of needed care. I was presented with an estimate of fees based upon Dr's. assessment of my dental need. I have ben going to this Dentist for many years and he seems to always perform in an excellent manner. I highly recommend Dr. and his whole teem for anyone's next dental visit.
Greenwood Dental office sets the mark from the check in to the check out. The employees are great in their capacities and happy in their jobs. This says a lot for Dr. Shirtcliff to consistantly maintaining a high quality of service in one of the friendliest practices around
I've been going here for years and I love my hygienist because she's very kind with my super sensitive teeth. Dr. Shirtcliff is great too. Friendly, approachable and all the latest equipment for an easy in/out.
