The staff was excellent! Dr. Hornby was attentive and provided detailed information regarding my procedure.
In my 5 years of coming here, I have never had a bad experience. The front office staff (Keith) is polite, personable, and genuine. The back office staff (literally all of the wonderful ladies) are thorough, friendly, clean, and also provide excellent bedside manner. They are very resourceful when it comes to what is covered by insurance, and will work with you to set up payment plans for high out of pocket costs. Overall I would recommend looking for a dentist elsewhere. Keith and other front desk staff are kind, accommodating, and adept at handling issues quickly. If you’re mainly looking for a friendly, relaxed dental office for a clean then this is a perfect place. However, I would recommend looking elsewhere for any orthodontics, Invisalign, or anything advanced. I’ve been sent home with paper still around my neck and not even a hygienist looked in my mouth.
