The staff was excellent! Dr. Hornby was attentive and provided detailed information regarding my procedure.
In my 5 years of coming here, I have never had a bad experience. The front office staff (Keith) is polite, personable, and genuine. The back office staff (literally all of the wonderful ladies) are thorough, friendly, clean, and also provide excellent bedside manner. They are very resourceful when it comes to what is covered by insurance, and will work with you to set up payment plans for high out of pocket costs.
