This dentist is terrible. Almost ingested two crowns because they fell out of my mouth while eating. The crown for the implant that she did was not fitting correctly. Finally, called me back six months later to get the crown. I have an absess where she was supposed to do a root canal. This dentist just kept me waiting forever between procedures and her work was completely shoddy. Do not go to her under any circumstances.
Dr. Childs-Wiggins was very professional and she explained every procedures in detail. It had been three years since, I had made a dental appointment with a dentist. So, Dr. Childs-Wiggins and her staff assured me everything would be okay and it was. She was very cordial and made me feel relaxed during my visit. I wish we have more dentists like Dr. Childs- Wiggins. Thanks for saving my teeth after waiting so long to see a dentist.
Awful. UNPROFESSIONAL, broken equipment, false billings, no call-backs from staff, reschedules appointments without communicating.
Wish they would honor their appointment times. Got there 15 minutes prior to appointment time and waited an hour before I walked up and complained. Was then moved inside and made to wait another 30 minutes. Had to reschedule my appointments for the day owing to the extended delay. They need to realize that no one likes to be taken for granted. And the dead roach under my seat in the waiting room did not instill confidence.
