Slightly disappointed with this clinic. I’ve had two procedures to remove a mole and raised skin issues. I expected the follow up appointment would include revisions to ensure the results were perfect (free), but it was just another option to charge more. When I questioned them, they offered a 50% discount, but quite honestly after spending hundreds of dollars on the first procedure for it to not yield great results, this clinic should be willing to stand by their work and ensure the final results are acceptable. I am 70 years old and just recently had Fractional Co2 Laser resurfacing done at Cosmetica by Dr Peters, I have a medical background and researched for months who I would feel completely confident with and Dr Peters with her experience and knowledge was the one for me, all the staff were so kind and so attentive to me which alleviated all my fears. I’m a health care provider and I know Dr. Tess Peters from the medical community. She recently saw us for a skin condition and was excellent. She offered evidence-based treatment that worked and had great bed side manner. I realize that many of the services offered are cosmetic but I think people would want to know that Dr. Peters is first and foremost a fantastic dermatologist who can help you with medical issues as well as cosmetic problems, taking them seriously, with a professional and kind approach.

I had Botox treatment with Dr. Peter twice, and I will never go back to Cosmedica. I was very unhappy with the results both times, despite spending a lot of money. What disappointed me even more was the follow-up. Their email clearly said my follow-up appointment would be with Dr. Peter, but she never showed up. Instead, I was told that seeing an assistant is their standard practice!!! Based on my experience, I felt my concerns were not taken seriously at all.
