Walking into CosMedic Dentistry to have my upper teeth removed in preparation for implants, I had visions of coming out with a mouth full of bloody gauze and lots of pain. Was I ever wrong! Bleeding was minimal and there was only mild discomfort in place of the pain I anticipated. I am now almost 2 weeks out and still amazed at how relatively ‘easy’ this whole process has been. Overall I thought this was a wonderful facility and everyone is professional and very friendly. My appointment was at 8am and when I pulled in the parking lot was full. I was greeted with a “nice to meet you” by the billing personnel and the front desk secretary. I also got a tour of the whole faculty and told of all the services they provide on site. I had the pleasure of having Beca clean my teeth and Beca and Sam helped with my denture needs. Dr. McGraw also came in and worked on me and as always, he is a pleasure to see. This team was wonderful and I want to see them every time I go in. They are the dream team!

I received a card in the mail advertising Cosmetic Dentistry and how they were customer focused with excellent customer care, and initially chalked it off to "typical" advertising hype. Because of some frustrations with many changes with my usual dentist, I gave them a call, got in within a few days and had my initial visit/exam today.
