I had an outstanding experience with Cosmaroma from start to finish. I purchased all of the laminate flooring for my home, along with baseboards, trim, and crown moulding, and I couldn’t be happier with both the products and the service. Warning- Cosmaroma is great when your buying but make sure you don’t over buy. We were past the 15day return window. We stopped in, bought some flooring on last day of a save the tax event, guessed at what we needed, ordered 28 boxes, only used 23. They wouldn’t even honour the return with 25% restock fee. Great people when the money is going their way, no so much at returning the courtesy for a repeat customer!
Great customer service and accountability. I recently went in to purchase some casing, and they accidentally loaded a couple pieces that were a different style. I contacted the store manager and they dropped off the correct pieces the next morning, at no cost to me. Much appreciated. I will continue to use Cosmaroma for my home reno projects.
Five star !! This place is amazing!! I went for the first time to buy some trim and messed up on my measurements and was so down on myself. I called them right away thinking they wouldn’t take any of my baseboards back. They were super nice about it and gave me a full refund on the baseboards that I didn’t need as for. I messed up my measurements. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be back for any more of my renovation needs.
