I had a fantastic experience, purchasing flooring for the main floor of my house. The staff in front were friendly and very helpful, the staff out back were very friendly and accommodating. I will be back for more reno purchases.
Like many others, I had the unfortunate experience of purchasing something and not being able to return it. You can definitely save money here, but I'm not sure it's worth the hits you take with such lousy return policies.
