Working very good
We were tenants for over three years and have a very positive experience with Cosine altogether. Jeremy and his staff we're attentive, flexible and professional. Thank you to everyone at Cosine for taking good care of us, we appreciate it!
DO NOT rent through this company. They are scammers who will take your deposit and do anything not give it back. They do not maintain their properties and overall are just awful people.
I moved out of one of their properties 32 days ago and am still waiting for my security deposit to be returned! I was told I would receive it within 21 days. They are not returning my emails and I cannot reach anyone via phone!
Stay away from this property management.. They are playing the collecting application fee game. They’ll have you apply pay the application fee and then send you an email saying the unit is already rented out. It’s completely fraud & the unit that they are showing has dirty carpets completely dated and just not worth it overall spend your money somewhere else.
