We waited 30 minutes for our food and it came over cold. I spoke with the manager and he said he would make us a new plate right away. We waited another 15 minutes and nothing came. Our warm food NEVER came. This is the second time in a row this has happened to me at this Cosi.

I used to love this Cosi but I will not be back again. I over looked the hair in my salad a few weeks ago and still came back. I then over looked my chicken tbm that had 1 mozzarella piece instead of three and still came back. Now yesterday I get over charged making my 1st online order, paid online so I didn't have to wait 20 minutes in line, to then be told to call THEM back on the phone later to discuss why I got over charged because THEY'RE busy, and then when I get back to my job to sneak and eat because I wasted my 30 m... read more
Cosí is absolutely the best sandwich on the planet. Because it has the best bread which is baked for every sandwich fresh out of the oven.
I used to love this place and the great staff. Not thrilled with the Taste Two copy cat menu from Panera Bread Pick two. The taste two size of pizza is tiny, half of a regular size pizza. I was charged a dollar less than the regular size price for the taste two size of pizza since I didn't order the right size of soup. Staff wasn't trained well enough to inform me of the error.
