Very thorough!
In all honesty, I kinda felt like going through an assembly line being moved from station to station. I miss the one on one time with Dr. Cosgrove.
Excellent patient care
Dr. Cosgrove is very attentive to her patients. My only issue is that at both of my appointments, I had to wait 75+ minutes to see her. If it is a scheduling issue, that should definitely get fixed.
Eye exam was excellent. Dr. Cosgrove explained the process and the what the metrics meant. She pointed out differences from previous exams and reassured me, answering my questions about vision.
Very Professional service by all staff. Unacceptable wait time to see clinical staff.

She is very thorough and gentle as she explains and treats you.
