Fantastic service! Best prices in Rapid City. And, they had my car finished in about 45 minutes from the time I walked in the door. Very impressive.
Absolutely love this place. Friendly staff and great service. They always go out of their way to help you and reasonably priced. I have always had my vehicle work done here and recently broke down on the side of the road. Had my vehicle towed to them and they got me in right away and had my vehicle back that day. I absolutely love this place. I've been here twice and have had great service both times. They are very helpful and get the job done in a timely manner. We had to take the it back in the second time...they had us bring it back in ASAP and took care of it...the problem was the drum was bad on the back brakes. They fixed free of charge. And personally apologized to us.
These guys are awesome. Special thanks to Ken who was so helpful and kind. They saved me over $200. I won't go anywhere else.
Before moving out of state the guys at Tri State Tire set me up with a set of new tires. Months later I got a flat. I called them up to see if it was still under warranty and they made sure I was taken care of. With a connection near my new area they had a tire waiting for me to pick up! These guys are awesome and will take care of you. Thumbs up for sure.
