RecommendedIt seems impossible to find a shop that I honest, reasonable, and knowledgeable! Tri State is just such a place. I trust them for everything from tires to work on my kid's car before the head off to collage. I have always felt they treat us well and know what they are doing. It is what keeps us coming back.
Everyone here is welcoming and they really care about their customers and not just about making the next buck. I have had such bad luck with my car. Jason has always been upfront about all costs and been completely honest when repairs didn't need to be done but stuck with it to find out what really was the problem and then fixed it! They have saved me thousands of dollars on what I would have had to pay at the dealership. Outside of being forced I will never take my car anywhere else again!
Just recently bought a set of tires for my 2014 Chevy from them. I went through 2 sets before I found a set I liked. They were very patient and never complained about swapping them out.
