I used Attorney Dalton Smith for my landlord/tenant small claim issue and he did an absolute wonderful job. I would 10/10 hire him again.
I used Dalton the attorney who handles eviction twice and will never again! As a property owner, if I pay an attorney to file an eviction, there’s no way it takes 2-3months before it’s even filed in the court. Currently, I retained for a tenant to be evicted in January. It’s now April and it hasn’t even been filed with the courts yet! I have lost thousands of dollars due to this and he won’t even return my calls to get an update on why he’s taken so long.
