Absolutely an amazing firm, easy to work with, great communication and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a wide variety of legal services that make it easy to use one place for all your legal needs and by far the best firm in the area I have come across!! I used Attorney Dalton Smith for my landlord/tenant small claim issue and he did an absolute wonderful job. I would 10/10 hire him again.
I used Dalton the attorney who handles eviction twice and will never again! As a property owner, if I pay an attorney to file an eviction, there’s no way it takes 2-3months before it’s even filed in the court. Currently, I retained for a tenant to be evicted in January. It’s now April and it hasn’t even been filed with the courts yet! I have lost thousands of dollars due to this and he won’t even return my calls to get an update on why he’s taken so long.
Very poor service contacted them a month ago and no call back . I understand good customer service is dead.
