Richard helped us buy a new home and sell ours at the same time. He did a great job marketing our home and generated buyers right away. In the purchase of our current home. He helped us in dealing with a problematic seller and accompanying deficient agent. He stepped up to take care of issues that were the sellers; and instead of accepting their failures, he stepped up and did the other agents job in order to make the deal work.
