Cory Fowler is open, listens to questions and takes a good amount of time to understand. Has access to more tools than conventional Dr I have been to. His assistant is happy and helpful. Front office help seem like the typical 20 year old, no customer service skills, no patience for questions, seems agitated if your call takes more than 2 minutes, lets agitation permeate voice. More offices need to either train their office personal better or hire over 40 people that know what customer service used to look like.
Corey is the man. Excellent balance of traditional and emerging medicine.
