We had a great experience in buying a new Toyota Signia. Our sales representative, Will Wittman, was not only knowledgeable about the product, he was professional and respectful of our needs. Day of the sale wasn’t bad. Then I go to register the truck 3 weeks later and the DMV said the paperwork wasn’t correct and I would have to go back into the dealership. The dealership knew but didn’t even have the courtesy to give me a call, text or email. Ended up going in and having to solve that one myself. Also, they sold me on the total TSV warranty which was expensive, but I was told I would have a warranty on everything. Awful establishment. If you want to be ignored and have your calls dodged for weeks, go here! If not, go anywhere else. Francis is a terrible use of this company’s money and time.
