Very bad customer service. Unless you’re buying a car, they don’t care about you. The receptionist works hang up on you or would “transfer” you and then get you disconnected, very disrespectful, she wouldn’t even let you finish talking when she was already hanging the phone on you. When it comes to the service center, the worst experience I’ve had so far. I pay for an extended warranty which entitles me to get everything fixed and just pay for the deductible.
