I ve been going here for a while now for oil changes and stuff. Great staff and can t beat the buy one get 3 free oil change. The other day I used the time to look around the lot. One of their salesmen was very helpful even though I was really in the market. Love that Challenger. wish the wife would let me get one. maybe some day.

First things first, Brian in the parts department is the rudest most arrogant jerk Ive ever had the displeasure of speaking with. His motto should be, "How can I not help you today." Unfortunately, this was not just an off day for him as Ive contacted him on one other occasion and had an identical experience. I hope the owner or GM reads this and takes this review very seriously. I have bought 2 vehicles from Central Dodge. Their salesman, especially Mark, are excellent. I wish I could say the same for their General Manager, Jerry. He is arrogant, rude, and extremely hard to talk to. I will never purchase anything from this dealership again, because of his attitude. I had taken my Dodge Grand Caravan in because of a defective window latch, and because the Check Engine light kept coming on. I was told the problem with the engine light was a defective gas cap. In 2005 I bought a new Dodge Neon, a new Dodge 3500 4x4 and a new Dodge 2500 Diesel. Excellent service, the staff are a team that are there for you. It was such a pleasant experience, I cannot say enough great comments on Mark. If you want an excellent experience with no pressure or hassels, this is the place to go, I will never buy another vehicle from anyone but Central Dodge, Im a life time consumer!
I recently purchased a 2003 Dodge pick up from this dealer.I had a low pressure experience from high quality people.The service manager answered all my questions about the vehicle and drive it for an hour before turning it over to the shop to detail.Also, I made them a reasonable offer which was accepted.
