Wish I had read the reviews before I had made another appointment. Issues as follows: 1. Was told I was a new patient, even though they had seen me about two years ago. Not a biggie. 2. My appointment was 8:00 A.M. I was to see Dr. Donna M. Corvette, or so I thought. 3. The individual I saw came into the room, never identified herself and just stated asking questions. I had such an intimidating experience with Dr. Corvette a couple of weeks ago that I kept thinking this is senior abuse. While I am a very positive person, I am concerned what a similar experience could do to others, especially if elderly as I am. I want to be very clear about the staff in her practice. I saw Dr. Corvette for an annual check a couple years ago but am just now getting around to writing this review - but have been thinking about it since then, and have told this story to several friends and neighbors. Most of the exam went ok, but when I asked her to check the top of my head where I recently had scabs, she said she could not do so as I had too much hair - I was a 64 year old male with thinning hair on top. I agree with the other reviews! The staff was amazing! I then met Dr. Corvette. I’m a people person. I understand some Doctors are not. She was trying to be overly nice. So at one point I went to ask a question she said boldly I’m talking!! Feeling a little degraded I sat in silence. I’m a 53 year old women I’m not a child and deserve respect. I will not go back to her!
Dr. Corvette seems more intent on telling you what she has to say instead of listening or asking the patient about their concerns.
Very intimidating. Not a good fit for me
The doctor was prompt, thorough ,and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her.
Unsatisfactory Experience - I consulted Dr. Corvette about a dermatology problem. I am having unexplained outbreaks of bumps which itch along my jaw area. An immunologist was unable to help so I consulter Dr. Corvette hoping that there would be a dermatologic answer for me. She was very curt and uninterested. She told me that I had cystic acne and I should control it with diet. She gave me no information on the condition, where to find more infor or how to find what kind of diet I should be on.
Dr. Corvette is professional. She is dedicated to helping you reach best practices in guarding your health. Her office is extremely busy and extremely friendly.
