This company needs to close I’m currently in a lawsuit with them and just like the other review the lady isn’t lying. I didn’t receive my checks for a month and now they are doing the same again they don’t respond to phone calls they don’t help you with anything. This Company is the worst Insurance company there is for workmens comp. I have had problems with my back and then found out by myself I had issues with my neck that resulted in surgery and I did Ever Myself that the company was suppose to do.
Most unreliable entity I can imagine. They paid me a whole month too late, always redirected my calls, blatantly avoided me to the point to where the EEOC is now involved. Idec that I finally received my money, I'm still mad that they neglected me for so long knowing I have a neck and back injury not knowing when I could return to work. Nobody should have had to go through what I have been going through
