Very disappointing experience dealing with Teri Rogo from CorVel Enterprise Claims. From the beginning, the communication felt rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was simply trying to explain my side of the situation regarding my vehicle damage claim, and instead of listening or trying to help, she gave a very unpleasant attitude and nearly hung up on me during the conversation. Cathy Sorge, a Senior Claims Specialist had to have been the worst claims adjuster ever. She completely lacked any sort of understanding or empathy for me and the financial burden I was put through by the City of Fort Collins. She was very cold, and had this "I'll get to it when I get to it" attitude. To add insult to injury, she sent me a denial letter which spelt my name wrong, my email wrong, and she put the incorrect address. Company doesn't answer phone calls at all, you'd be lucky if they even get around to allowing you to submit a voicemail. If anyone figures out how to get a hold of a claim adjustor, please let me know, because I still haven't figured it out. Get a lawyer if you're dealing with this company for your injury.
