My wife got her skin ripped off in one cheek, the forehead and chin by a wax peeling and ended up in urgent care. Lots of Vaseline to cover and avoid infections. Apparently, the wax was too hot, and although it did not burn her, the temperature was high enough to adhere too much and rip off skin. She was charged $35 anyway. I'm still trying to get a refund. Suddenly, none of them speak English well enough to understand me.
