My car was stolen out of the parking lot of these apartments. The camera in the laundry room is fake. Management does not care. They are horrible. Plenty of other rumors about how god awful this place is too. The pool is also next to never open. When you ask management why they try to claim maintenance on whatever bullshit they feel like, its more like they just don't feel like having the pool open for the few kids that unfortunately have to live here.
Do not rent from Bright Apartments. You won’t get your deposit back, they never have amenities open that are advertised (the pool at the apartment I rented was next to never open because “maintenance” there was never maintenance) they don’t maintain the washer and dryers or the room that they are in (I quickly had to start going to a laundry mat because my clothes smelled horrible from the washers). They don’t do anything about abandoned vehicles, there were several cars that sat in the same spot for months.
I can’t say enough about Marie! She was so helpful and made the process of moving effortless. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Such bad management. I advise everyone not to rent from these apartments. The manager Mary is always in a bad mood and never can work with you. She always has something bad to say or do against you. Advise everyone not to rent from here.
The management here is bs. The manager Mary is such an old grumpy woman. You can never have a good conversation with her. My advice is to not rent from these apartments. They have some stupid rules and you can't do anything at these apartments. If I could I would keep giving bad ratings.
