I've been getting my nails done here for almost a decade and I've been extremely satisfied. Never had an infection or a problem of lifting. They do acrylics, gel and dip. I always go to Ann. My husband gets a pedicure (he's diabetic) and Lucy takes such good care of him - he really enjoys going. Note that because they are good, they are very busy so last minute appointments can be difficult to get. But it is SO worth the wait to get your nails done right.
They don't use UV lights to dry pedicures. Ruined my pedi walking to my vehicle. Nail polish just doesn't dry well by air.
Nails ended up very thick and hurt. My natural nails were damaged by the process and the fake nail isn't even properly stuck on. One nail is even crooked. The staff are ok, but I still felt uncomfortable. I was also charged for a design I didn't get, and when I told them they said that was the price.
Wonderful service, everyone was extremely kind and professional. I got natural French tips and they turned out beautiful! Would 100% come back.
