Excellent customer service- wow. We received excellent advice when selecting tile for our floors. Highly recommend!
We called at 10am and asked about getting 15 precut carpet pieces for our stairs. We were told to come in and they could and would do that. We got there 10 minutes later. We choose our carpet with the young lady. Mike came in the back and we chatted for a bit. He said he would get that done for us. Right at closing time, he texted me and said there's not enough material for our project. Mike hadn't been told what carpet we choose. We recently had these folks replace some old carpet in our home. Despite some snafus, the installation was professionally done and very fast. The snags we hit were resolved promptly and completely and we are THRILLED with how our floors look. We would absolutely have them do work for us again. Professional and beautiful work!
We had the 24 year old wood floors in our newly purchased home refinished by Corvallis Floor Covering and couldn't be more happy with the results. The price was excellent and all the employees I worked with were polite, professional and excellent. The crew were dedicated with great attention to detail and quality of work.
