The waiting times for a simple phone call are just infuriating. Please get rid of “your call is very important to us” it clearly is not. Since COVID they never recovered on the waiting times.
They are very unhelpful and unresponsive when you need to pay a bill and let me go to collections instead of helping me pay the bill before that point.
I have been a patient with Corvallis Family Medicine for over 20 years. Their staff and doctors have been amazing. They always answer the phone and work with you to get you in when you have something urgent. May, who works in reception, is so kind and patient. A big thank you to the staff and doctors for the many years of service!
Dirty. The waiting room smells of urine, and the chairs and floor are filthy. Phones are understaffed. Very poor quality electronic medical record software and antiquated medical equipment. The office manager is rude; I believe her name is Karen.
