I was not receiving timely care due to lack of appointments. This happens when a clinic accepts more patients than they can care for. There were two egregious clinician errors. And finally, the clinic is downright dirty. I no longer felt safe so I moved to another local clinic and the difference is amazing. Your money is good anywhere!
My doctor is great but they won't even respond to me. Been a week. They scheduled an appointment on a day my doctor doesn't work and canceled. Now they wont let me schedule an appointment at all. They also out of nowhere said my insurance was no good. I was happy that I didn't have to go to the Corvallis clinic but the admin here is worse. Forgot to mention that they never sent me a notification that I owed them anything. Then collections called me. It was $50. I would have paid had I known. Ask for a younger doctor if able. And if you need weekend or overnight items find a different PCP. Otherwise bene here for years same as my father.
