This is the only DB in town I will go to, besides Southtown occasionally since they typically get orders the most right. Honestly over the last 5 years service quality has not been maintained. Employees are quite hit or miss with drink orders. Some are super accurate, some miss minor details like light ice or entire drinks are skipped leading to asking them for corrections. Customer service was less than ideal. For more than four years I have walked to this coffee stand with my dog. I have always left his poop bag on the curb away from the stand and pick it up on my way out (I throw it away when I get back to my office). I was asked to pick it up and not litter. I explained that I do pick it up. Barista did not listen to me and said I threw it in the bushes. I was going to argue but what was the point?
