I get drinks here quite often and I always have exceptional service. Today is my birthday (as I'm posting this review) and I had gone to a few places today to get my other birthday freebies but out of the places I went to these guys genuinely made my birthday just that little bit better with both being genuinely interested in my birthday plans and also offering other good ideas and not only making an amazing drink but also giving it a little birthday spin on top of it giving that extra little. I always come to this Dutch bros but why when I ask for a sugar free blended caramelizer the girls give me a watered down vanilla something it did not taste like no caramelizer they fail to realize I get this drink every time I come there why would you do that and I ask you to remake it and it's the same one. This is the only DB in town I will go to, besides Southtown occasionally since they typically get orders the most right. Honestly over the last 5 years service quality has not been maintained. Employees are quite hit or miss with drink orders. Some are super accurate, some miss minor details like light ice or entire drinks are skipped leading to asking them for corrections.
