Unless you’d like a very long 2-3+ hour experience, do not go here unless you have to. I think they are understaffed or something because it’s pretty ridiculous. All the staff seem super kind but the wait times are just insane. Go to the well now urgent care instead if it’s open.You’ll receive the same quality of service in half the time

DO NOT GO HERE! It’s a scam! They charge you for an urgent care visit and an emergency room visit. Why even go to urgent care then?? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!
They billed me twice. Once for an ER visit AND an urgent care visit. I appealed with my insurance and won. They owe me $160 and are not being cooperative with my insurance.
This scam office billed me as an emergency when it was a regular walk in with a complaint of heel pain. I saw a PA/MD who simply referred me to a podiatrist and then billed me as an emergency! I wouldn’t go to this place on a dare, very dishonest. I have been working for six months to get this company to correct their coding error and re-bill FedBCBS.
