I usually have great experiences at Cortland Urgent Care. However, I didn't feel that way on 01/30/26. The nurse taking his vitals made me feel like I was at least the size of an ant because I didn't give my son medicine to help his fever (because of him sleeping most of the day). Other than that, it was a good experience.
Excellent staff:NP, RN Attentive, polite, rspectful, highly competent, expeditiious, no wait with call ahead or on-line service.. Did, howerver, need to remind about including medication prescription.
