Very bad maintenance service, I have been saying for a while that my dryer does not work and they do not change it in addition to that recently the new administration made the arbitrary decision to charge for the parking spaces that were previously free, and that parking has always been uncomfortable, the water services were increased considerably and at home we live the same people in short, better look for another place to live this is useless!!!
Anaiyah is really sweet and great at customer service and has fixed alot of problems for me and my roomate. It is best price around the area and parking is a little complicated now unless you pay but it is what it is. It is a wee bit old but you know it if you are lving here and is reflected in price. Overall , I recommend.
My experience living at this property was extremely frustrating and disappointing. During my time there I dealt with persistent roach problems inside the apartment. This was not an occasional pest sighting — roaches were a recurring issue, which clearly indicated a larger infestation problem within the building.
