The community and apartment units seem to be very well kept, and I was happy with what I saw. Great prices for the location, and the apartment that I toured for was very nice. I did not get to view any available apartments, but it wasn't a staged one either, so I was pretty happy with what I saw. My only negative was the touring experience itself. This is my first Atlanta apartment (moved from a different state) & I am sooo happy this is the one I ended up moving to! My unit is even better than the model (in my opinion). All the staff I’ve interacted with has been kind & helpful. Communication is great! Maintenance is super quick! This place has been a nightmare from day one living here! Don’t make the same mistake we did! Our experiences here: - there are crazy amounts of hidden fees: some of that is expected with these places but 80 dollars a month for trash??? It isn’t valet and you have to walk a quarter mile to the dumpster. It’s also always overflowing - they took away the pool from the whole community at one point because they didn’t like how we were using it… we pay for that - our bathroom ceiling had a major leak twice- maintenance was on top... read more
