The new property owners suck. The leasing office is terrible. We used to have a club house but that has turned in the leasing staff office yet we pay for "common area" electricity. The gym is a joke. Trash is always piled up which we also pay for. They charge us just to park in an uncovered non gated parking lot which most of the time there is never any parking constantly threatening to tow vehicles. This is just an update to my previous review. After living here some months and now having someone moved in on top of me. The ceiling is very hallow, and they are very heavy foot. I hear thuds and thumping all day and night over my tv and fan. I was having such a a good experience until this lowered my quality of life here.
