I am extremely disappointed with the way this apartment community is being managed. The front office staff have been consistently rude, dismissive, and unwilling to take accountability. I have been submitting work orders for the same maintenance issue since February (My living room floor has a squishy spot that feels like it could cave in at any time). I’ve had a generally positive experience living at Hadley Riverside. The staff has always been friendly, welcoming, and willing to help whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. The maintenance team also deserves recognition. They’ve consistently completed work orders promptly and professionally. The amenities are another major plus.
