Old, drafty, overpriced apartment with outdated appliances and bad carpet, managed by a mediocre staff with high-turnover rates. I had to install my own carbon monoxide detector for an indoor water heater that banged 24/7. Sometimes the banging would wake me up at night, but they would not replace it unless it stopped working. I got stuck on the balcony due to a doorknob malfunction, but they would not reimburse my locksmith fee because "the maintenance number is in your lease" which apparently I am supposed to carry with me... read more
DO NOT MOVE HERE. All I can say is it seems really golden when you're moving in, but once you actually move in, they treat you like dirt. For months we have been trying to get someone to takeover our lease. The management is literally pushing people away because they can make more if we break our lease instead of having someone take over the lease. They are charging people 3 months up front because of "policy changes" since we signed our lease. The management barely knows how to tie their shoes.
