Had a great experience with the leasing team! A special shoutout to Mikayla, who made the whole application and leasing process super easy. She was always quick to respond and very helpful with all my questions. The entire team was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. From moving in to moving out, everything went smoothly. I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend the property and the team!

To the management team, I have an edit for you below the review. I am very disappointed with how my flooding situation was handled at Aspire Presidio West. My apartment flooded because of the upstairs neighbors, and management seemed detached and uninvolved throughout the repair process. Communication was difficult because the manager, Ashley, was out sick most of the week, and we were told we had to wait for her return before getting answers.
