Cortland mill district is the best place I have lived. With a great entertainer name David, super staff Davon, Heather and Taryn and Jenny along with a great service mgr. Ricky.
Devon was amazing!! He gave us so much great information about all of the different units and answered all the questions we had. We loved absolutely everything about the building! 10/10
I wholeheartedly recommend Cortland Mill District. I first lived here during the summer of 2023 for a four-month project and had an incredible experience. So when I decided to move back to Minneapolis, I was thrilled to return to Cortland, and have enjoyed my time here since. The leasing office staff is exceptional. Devon, whom I worked with on both leases, is warm, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating.
