I had a lease here from 2021-2023 back when the name was Courtland Mill District. Staying here was fine there were no major issues. A few maintenance issues but they were all addressed. The only major thing to be aware of here is that there are only a limited number of parking spots under their building. If you don’t get one of those you will have to park at the hotel across the street. (Which isn’t too bad I guess, just a bit of a walk.) The new owners bought the building and I was a bit worried. But every concern was washed away within the first weeks. The new owners host a lot of fun events for the residents, keep the amenities in top-tier, and are very responsive to emails/maintenance requests. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone that I know.
I loved my time living here, mostly because the staff did such an incredible job! Jenny is an incredible manager and is so kind and thoughtful. Devon was awesome on our tour and answered all our questions and really made us feel confident in our choice to go with Cortland. Heather, Tarryn, Ricky, Matt, and Alvin were also all incredible to work with during my time here. They were responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. I feel so grateful to have gotten to live somewhere with such a great group of people working together!
Cortland is my favorite place I've ever lived! Jenny, Devon, Tarryn, and Heather in the leasing office were so helpful whenever I had logistical questions, Ricky, Matthew, and Alvin were always responsive and kind with maintenance requests, and David always greeted everyone with a smile. 10/10 would recommend.
Been here for several years and the staff is the best. The building is clean, quiet, and chockful of amenities!
