Unprofessional management
Love the community we’ve made at Grand Mill. Ashley is a vibe at concierge. The new staff under Grand Mill (previously under Cortland) are helpful and actively engage with the residents. The amenities are great especially if you have a dog. They’ve got a “bark park” on the 4th floor.
Always greeted with a bonjour. The staff here are amazing and always accommodating!
The concierge staff are all the best, the parking situation is much appreciated and very nice. Specifically Ashley has been specifically nice and helpful.
