Lauren at the Cortland office is amazing. She is nice, respectful, and extremely helpful. Don’t call the 800 number, they are useless, rather stop by and ask her. Ps: the company was much better before Dasco took over. I am only giving five stars because of Lauren.
Extremely poor service. DASCO web site often broken and / or unresponsive to legitimate orders for vital medical equipment. DASCO should not be in the business of supplying vital medical equipment to elderly They are insufficiently serious about providing high qualify service. Their website is a broken joke. It collect the vital user data, then barfs back a broken string of xml or html garbage. No serious followup. DASCO employees are unhappy and poorly motivated.
They used to be fine. The people who work at the location are fine. Since Dasco took over, bad. Constant billing errors. Also, I was shipped supplies l never ordered. I pay my bills promptly. I got a curt voicemail saying I should call immediately about an outstanding bill. I called. I never got a bill for a supply in February. They didn’t submit a claim until late August and claim now I owe them. I checked with my carrier. They denied it for being incorrectly coded and it says on the expiration of benefits my responsibility... read more
