I never had a problem with medical supplies until Dasco now I am paying more then before and I can not get supplies like before I do not know what’s going on but I feel like this is scary it is hard to get ahold of people they must not be trained well because they can not answer most questions
No one answers the phone. I have called twice and waited both times about 30 minutes. Terrible. No customer service :-(
Worst customer service ever. When I called over 3 weeks time to ask the status of my order I was told "it is in the pile" - not once but twice.
