I went in to see if my elderly father's oxygen prescription had been sent from the doctors office and was treated warmly and professional by Kelly Foster. She was helpful and willing to assist in any way she could to solve any issues we had.
Karen at the front desk is so helpful and kind. My mother has been having a difficult time with her new (poc) and she listened to our concerns and offered resolutions to our problem. Thanks again!
The Cortland office has always been great until they switched it to Dasco. I am very disappointed in Dasco service. However the people that work and deliver out of Cortland are exceptional.
