I would leave less stars but that’s not an option. The office staff and property managers refuse to answer the phone or return emails. Maintenance entered my apartment, left all my frozen and refrigerated food on the counter, and turned off my AC unit completely. So I came home to spoiled food and an 80° apartment. No remorse or compensation was given. I even had to leave work to physically go into the office to speak with someone. The apartments are cute and cheap but DO NOT LIVE HERE.
I’ve recently moved in here and not only am I loving the neighborhood but I’m also loving how well the property is taken care of from the dumpsters being cleaned, the breezeways, and even outside on the walking trail and near the dog park! It’s also very quiet and friendly environment!
I want to thank Simon and Josue for the great work they did at my old apartment complex. Simon at the leasing office was always professional, kind, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Josue was always around the community, very honest, hardworking, and friendly, making sure everything was taken care of. Both of them truly made the living experience better with their positive attitude and dedication.
Love the amenities and location this apartment has to offer!
Every since they’ve been under new management it’s horrible! Please don’t even waste your time.
