Have a few months here and very happy with the apartment. Everything is super clean and it is very peaceful around the area. Service and management are always there to help when needed!!!
I’ve been here for a little over a month now and I’m loving the neighborhood! It’s super quiet, very clean and well kept, and every time I go into the office I’m assisted very quickly!
DO NOT MOVE IN THIS PLACE! I moved into Lakes at 610 on September. The lease states that Xfinity Wi-Fi Internet (800 Mbps) is included as a service provided by the landlord, but it has not been available since move-in. The only option currently accessible is AT&T service at about 25 Mbps that we need to get it ourselves, this is not what was promised. Lived here for 4 years, with around 5 shootings occurring in the complex. Even drove passed a dead body with my mother in the car. Most of the shootings happen around the pool area, which is conveniently close to the mailboxes. TONS OF THEFT. STOLEN TIRES ALL THE TIME. Management was rude and mostly incompetent; not great under the old management and got far worse under new management. Front desk does not answer the phones when dialing the 800# . Called the local number that is posted on the front door and the number is “not accepting phone calls”. E-mailed multiple times with no response . Not sure what is going with the management company however, “ DO NOT RECOMMEND “ .
