I had an incredibly stressful moving day due to major delays with my moving company, which pushed back my entire loading and unloading schedule. By the time I needed to check out of my apartment, I was in a huge rush and very anxious. Shamona was an absolute lifesaver! My cousin and I were residents of 9111 Lakes at 610. We officially moved out on February 28, 2026. Per the emails we received, we were instructed to return our keys by 5:00 PM on February 28th. After spending the entire day moving, we arrived at the leasing office approximately 20–30 minutes before closing to turn in our keys. Honestly, I don’t know where to start. When we first moved into our two bed two bath the unit smelled like weed. We complained to the front office about it and they did nothing to fix it. They let us know that it did not smell like weed when they did a final walk through so they basically said oh well. Then, as we’re moving in, we noticed there’s carpet lifting in the living room.
