I moved out in November, but I still have yet to receive my $565 security deposit. I’ve been calling the office for a month and a half, and no one there seems to know what’s going on. Each time I call, the staff says they will reach out to corporate and get back to me, but I never hear anything. I’ll wait a week, call again for updates—they have none—but they promise to follow up. This apartment is a mess they break into cars they sit in the parking lot and watched me moved my things and I came back down to finish all my shoes where stolen and my purses including clothes ! MANAGEMENT DOES NOT ANSWER OR RESPOND TO ANYTHING I JUST MOVED HERE 2 days ago and I’ve experienced the worse I ever have living here DO NOT MOVE HERE they don’t deserve no stars
I’ve been a resident since September 2024, and this has been, by far, the worst living experience I’ve had. I’ve been dealing with an ongoing noise issue caused by a neighbor, and the management team has done nothing to address the problem. Despite my requests, I’ve been denied the contact information for the regional manager or anyone else who could help.
