Toured this property before applying and I love it. The fact they disabled the box gate code made me interested. Too many car theft in Houston. Simon was a phenomenal guide, knowledgeable and professional. Love the new management.

Had a wonderful time touring this property. Very beautiful, clean and well kept. New management seems to be doing a great job with keeping the property safe. I even noticed maintenance on site fixing and cleaning around the dog park.
Simon was very helpful during my financial situation, great communication skills and understanding when it comes to their residents hardships. He walked me through out of his job description. Beautiful property and loving the new staff.
D was the best ever. Helped me with everything and the tour was very well explained.
