Moved out after 5 years they charge me for things I didn't even know about They are nice to you when you give them money once you move out they try to RIP you off
The staff is very nice and maintenance is excellent. However, the situation with the uncontrolled and unsupervised children makes it difficult for me to recommend this place highly.
We love living at The Mason at Lakemoumt! There is no better staff out there and Jerri is the best! The community is clean and well kept and it is safe and friendly. Thanks for making this a home!

I LOVE these apartments. I have had my best rental experience here. The staff is amazing and accommodating. They have so much for the residents and make it a point for the residents to engage in healthy social activities to feel like family. I highly recommend these apartments for anyone looking for a place to call home with beautiful landscaping, not bugs, and immediate maintenance service.
