Constant Construction outside my window and COCKROACHES inside my apartment
The office staff is very rude. I was having issues with my car and they simply told me i needed to make sure it was moved by end of day. Good customer service would sympathize and understand the situation. I did not get that at the front office. I got nasty looks from an older lady and she told me it needed to be moved. If your looking to move in here just dont expect any smiles or friendly greetings. Expect to be treated like shit as i was today. Horrible!
This property is beautiful, and very clean. The apartments inside look amazing and spacious. The office staff is awesome, I was very happy to see how they go above and beyond to help you and guide you with all the moving process. If i have any maintenance issues in the apartment, they get it fixed with in 24 hours, if not the next day. I was very pleased about that because you don't see that often in other properties. Moving to this property was the best decision I made and feel happy to call this place my home.
WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX & MGMT STAFF EVER. Liars, fraud, cheats. They "miraculously lost" my move in sheets that stated carpet damage. NOW we have been charged for carpet (remainder of life) Bc THEY state my 14 yr old trained dog had caused pet damage. RIGHT. The gates never worked. The amenities were out most of July due to "lightening", parking is a joke (unless you drive a clown car, then you are fine). This is NOT my first rodeo regarding apartments, however this is the FIRST time I've ever had an issue with a move out. ... read more
