RecommendedThe grounds are well kept and although we've had our A/C serviced 17 times in 5 months (Summer months in South Florida 🙄), our Maintenance engineer Hansel is by FAR the most professional, compassionate and RELIABLE member of the Cortland Team!! He deserves the highest level of recognition in the world!! A true 'Diamond in the Rough'!! The property is well maintained and the renovated apartments are beautiful. Now if we could just get through the pandemic restrictions to appreciate the amenities, it would be ALMOST perfect.
My husband and I have been living here less then 1 month and I am very disappointed in this apartment complex. The hallways in every building are gross, covered with dog urine, trash liquid from people leaving their trash out for the valet daily pick up and other things. This property changed hands just 2 weeks after we’d been here from Delray station to Cortland Delray station and it seems things are falling by the way side like the gross hallways for one. RecommendedGreat apartment community. Definitely a hidden gem in Plano. The grounds are always well kept and the pool is resort style. If you are looking for a new home, please stop by. They do resident referrals too.
RecommendedResident for 3 years and the staff has been amazing from day 1! The property is well maintained, maintenance issues are addressed quickly and I love the fact some of the staff lives on site... it's their home too and they care !
RecommendedKing’s Colony is a nice place to live in, always taken care of. Nice spaces, you’ll feel good. I’d like to see the gym already working, I’ve live there for two years and gym is not working since then. Also, they have issues with the entrance gate but it is functioning, at least so far. Lastly, they do not have an assigned space for vehicles so good luck if you work irregular schedules en get late to home.
Brook Arbor Apartments is a joke! The apartment complex does not keep the premises clean as they should, especially the entry way of apartment building and stairs. It is overtaken by roaches, spiders, and centipedes. In addition this complex was one of very few in a 30 mile radius that had water included in your rent, but now decides to change that and make you pay for your water as an additional utility that you take on.
